Reps Ross
Lead Greeter / Emotional Support
Reps Ross was originally born in Hagerstown, Maryland and now resides in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania with his parents Nat and Lauren Ross. Reps has an unmatched energy and excitement for baseball development and any type of ball or object rolling around the weight room. As soon as he could walk he was carrying around a baseball and has developed a true love for the game.
This is Rep’s first position in baseball development, but the staff is very excited about everything that he is bringing to the table. He will be our lead front door greeter to all of our athletes and guests, and will make sure they have a warm welcome to the facility. He will also be our lead emotional support director for any pitchers who have recently given up a home run and will contribute to positive morale of all athletes and staff in the facility.
Reps brings a unique skill set to the table that will continue to push our athletes and FullReps Training Center in a positive direction. He is proficient in finding awesome sticks and rocks on his daily walks. He is an expert in mini band technology and regularly puts the mini bands through rigorous tests to make sure they are adequate for our athletes (most of them break). He is also an expert in sports psychology and the mental game of baseball, and is keen on getting athletes into a positive headspace to be able to compete and perform.
A couple fun facts about him provided by Reps:
-
Hates sideways trashcans
-
Loves barking at DoorDash drivers
-
Collector of used water bottles
-
Has a pet squirrel he brings to work everyday
Reps’ passion and energy is the epitome of our FullReps motto “Athlete Experience”. Everyday he ensures a positive environment for our athletes to grow and develop. He is young in the field of baseball development but he is hungry (for treats) and to get better everyday and make a positive impact on the FullReps community.
